WHO:  Businesses, Organizations, and Non-Profits

WHEN: April 6th and 7th 2019, 9:00am to 3:00pm both days. (Set up time details below)

WHERE: Scottsdale Stadium,  7408 E Osborn Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251

COST: $300.00 for profit businesses, $100.00 for non-profit organizations.

            The price covers both days.

This is an excellent sales and networking opportunity for your business or non-profit organization. This will be the 17th Annual Desert Dog Police K9 Trials and we just keep getting bigger every year.    With estimations in excess of eight thousand attendees over both days, there will be plenty of business for all. 

Vendor booth fee includes a 10’ x 10’ space, a spot on the Videoboard and you will be included on our vendor list in the Program.  Larger Program ads are available for purchase.

Set up is Friday, April 5th, 12 noon-4 pm, and Saturday, April 6th, 7-8 am. Gates open

8 am Saturday and we ask you be ready to go at that time. Public events start at 9 am and run until approximately 3 pm each day.  The stadium will be locked up at night and you are welcome to leave your booth up overnight.  However, you assume all responsibility for your merchandise and equipment. The City of Scottsdale and the Desert Dog Police K9 Trials will not be responsible for any loss or damage. We will have a security guard posted inside the vendor area at night.

You must bring all supplies needed to operate your booth. Moving carts, dollies, canopies, tables, weights, chairs, etc. must be provided by you. There will be electric power available on a limited basis, if needed. You are responsible for any permits required by the city. Booths must be weighted or tied down. 

 

NO outside food or drink vendors are allowed, due to food concession stands at the stadium.

Dog Rescues, Trainers and Vendors:  NO private dogs, rescue dogs, dog demonstrations or dog training at the K9 Trials. This includes all dog vending, training organizations or private companies. You may use videos at your booth to share information about your company or dogs. 

PLEASE NOTE: There is a no private dogs policy at this event, so businesses such as mobile dog groomers or nail trimmers are not permitted.

Thank you for your support. This annual event is not funded by any law enforcement
agency or government monies. All costs associated with the event must be raised
through sales at our ALECA Store, donations, sales of program ad space, or vendor
booth fees. If you or your business would like to become more involved, there are many
ways to help support or sponsor the K9 Trials.


At the conclusion of the competition the K9 officers attend an awards dinner with
numerous raffle drawings. We would greatly appreciate raffle donations of gift cards, gift
baskets, products or services for our incredible K9 Teams.

ALECA is a organization that consists of Law Enforcement handlers and trainers throughout the Southwest. Meetings are held several times per year, usually in conjunction with training and seminars.
