This is an excellent sales and networking opportunity for your business or non-profit organization. This will be the 17th Annual Desert Dog Police K9 Trials and we just keep getting bigger every year.
The Desert Dog Police K9 Trails is on field competition of police and military working dogs engaging in many events to test their skill, agility, balance, and of course, running down the “bad guys.” This is a very well attended and high-profile event and with estimations in excess of eight thousand attendees over both days, there will be plenty of business for all.
Vendor booth fee includes a 10’ x 10’ space, a spot on the Videoboard and you will be included on our vendor list in the Program. Larger Program ads are available for purchase.
Set up is Friday, April 5th, 12 noon-4 pm, and Saturday, April 6th, 7-8 am. Gates open 8 am Saturday and we ask you be ready to go at that time. Public events start at 9 am and run until approximately 3 pm each day.
The stadium will be locked up at night and you are welcome to leave your booth up overnight. However, you assume all responsibility for your merchandise and equipment. The City of Scottsdale and the Desert Dog Police K9 Trials will not be responsible for any loss or damage. We will have a security guard posted inside the vendor area at night.
You must bring all supplies needed to operate your booth. Moving carts, dollies, canopies, tables, weights, chairs, etc. must be provided by you. There will be electric power available on a limited basis, if needed. You are responsible for any permits required by the city. Booths must be weighted or tied down.
NO outside food or drink vendors are allowed, due to food concession stands at the stadium.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a no private dogs policy at this event, so businesses such as mobile dog groomers or nail trimmers are not permitted.
Dog Rescues, Trainers and Vendors: NO private dogs, rescue dogs, dog demonstrations or dog training at the K9 Trials. This includes all dog vending, training organizations or private companies. You may use videos at your booth to share information about your company or dogs.
